Where Talent Meets Opportunity

The EFR Master Career Week is a three-week recruitment event that connects top-tier companies with the best and brightest minds from Erasmus University. Nearly 200 selected students visit leading companies in the Netherlands and abroad.

In collaboration with the Erasmus School of Economics, sector-specific bootcamps combine formal in-house recruitment with exclusive branch dinners, creating dynamic, unforgettable experiences for both students and companies.

Since fully returning after the COVID-19 pandemic, MCW has continued to attract strong student interest, reaching 804 registrations in 2025.
